The big house

Project 22 is located in a dead end street away from roads and surrounded by

fields and forests, no houses in sight, just the song of birds for

to soothe you, or the roar of the deer at the end of summer to amaze you.

I live in the small house I called "the boat" which is adjacent

to the big house. The two are completely independent.

The large house is ideal for spending a relaxing weekend,

or a week of theater, yoga, painting, training or

any other activity that requires total immersion and the tranquility of the countryside.

A quiet and bright house, nestled in the middle of 3 hectares of nature,

including a large pasture which benefits my horses.

A haven of peace.

The house can host 6 guest and has 3 bedrooms:

- the "Chickadee" room has 3 single beds.

- the "sun" room has 2 single beds.

- the "robin" room has 1 single bed.

- 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets.

- a big dinning room.

- a small kitchen fully equipped.

- a small living room.

The linen is provided.

(bedding and towels).

Four beds can be added, to be organised in advance.

The equipment available in the house:

kitchen: microwave, hotplates, oven, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, blender, dishwasher, big and small refrigerator and the essentials (salt, pepper, olive oil...)
living room: board games, possibility of a TV and dvds.
bedrooms: the beds are brand new (90x200 and by joining 2 beds make a king size), small chest of drawers, coat rack.
shower room: hair dryer.
washing machine and dryer, or clotheline, laundry detergent.
ironning table.
Free wifi.

The parking is to be organised before your arrival.
